Coronavirus Update

On Wednesday 18th March all Peel St church gatherings were suspended following the government guidance to limit the spread of coronavirus. Over the past few weeks the government have started to ease the restrictions that and on Tuesday they announced that churches would be allowed to meet again for worship from July 4th.

Following that announcement the church elders and deacons met to discuss the possibility of re-opening the building. Though we long to meet in person to worship God together we believe that because of the restrictions required to meet and the risks for our diverse congregation the time is not yet right for the church to re-open so our meetings will remain suspended.

The elders and deacons will meet regularly to discuss and review the situation. In the mean time please continue to make use of the online services and fellowship meetings.

Remember that our God is loving and faithful and more powerful than any earthly problems we face.

Online Church

During the coranavirus crisis we will replace our regular meetings with online services.

For Sunday Worship the online service is a YouTube playlist made up of a 2 videos messages – a devotional and a message, along with some worship songs. Please join us at 11am on Sunday to watch.

New songs

In our weekly online services we have been introducing some new songs. When we’re able to meet again we hope to add these to our live worship so we’ve put together a playlist of all of them so you can easily replay.
